These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yesagain.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Everybody Speaks Food LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

The product

yes again. is a dissolvable lactase strip. It is a dietary product intended to be taken before consuming dairy. The statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not a substitute for medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are giving the product to a child, talk to a healthcare professional first.

Pre-orders

Items on this Site are currently sold on a pre-order basis. This means:

  • Your payment is taken at the time you place your order, not when the product ships.
  • The founding batch is expected to ship in late October 2026. Estimated timing may move as production progresses, and we will keep you updated by email.
  • If we do not ship your order on or before October 31, 2026, you are entitled to a full refund. You can email us to request it, and we will process it, no questions and no forms. We may also refund proactively if we know we will miss the window.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, pack options, and availability at any time before you order. Payment is processed by our payment providers (including Shopify Payments and PayPal); we do not store full card details ourselves.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Once your order ships, title and risk of loss pass to you. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, except for the pre-order refund commitment above.

Returns and refunds

Beyond the pre-order commitment above, because this is a consumable product taken into the body, we are generally unable to accept returns of opened or used product for health and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive, contact us at hello@yesagain.co within 30 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its operation, and not to copy or reuse its content without permission. All brand names, logos, text, and images on the Site are owned by us or our licensors.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
