Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders from yesagain.co, operated by Everybody Speaks Food LLC.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are not shipping internationally at this time, though we may add more destinations later.
Pre-order timing
Orders placed during our pre-order are part of the founding batch, which is expected to ship in late October 2026. We will email you with updates as production progresses, and again when your order is on its way. If we do not ship on or before October 31, 2026, you are entitled to a full refund (see our Refund Policy).
Processing and rates
- Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Free shipping applies to orders of two pouches or more.
- A single pouch is sent at a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
- Once an order ships, we will email you tracking details where available.
Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, but contact us and we will help where we can.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, email hello@yesagain.co and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
