This Privacy Policy explains how Everybody Speaks Food LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit yesagain.co (the "Site"), join our list, or place an order.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details when you join the waitlist or pre-order. Payment information is collected and processed by our payment providers, not stored by us.
  • Information collected automatically: device, browser, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including pages viewed and actions taken on the Site.

Tools we use

We use third-party services to run the Site and our marketing, and they process data on our behalf or as independent businesses:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes checkout and orders.
  • Payment providers, including Shopify Payments and PayPal, which process payments.
  • Klaviyo, which manages our email list and sends our emails.
  • Meta Pixel, which helps us measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Microsoft Clarity, which provides analytics, including aggregated session and scroll behavior, to help us improve the Site.

How we use information

We use your information to process and ship orders, manage pre-orders and refunds, send you email updates you have asked for, run and measure advertising, improve the Site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information with the service providers listed above so they can perform these functions, and we may share information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of our advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, may involve "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

If you join our list, we will email you launch updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing hello@yesagain.co.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
